  2. Do I have to buy the CRM separately?

    Yes — the CRM license (HubSpot / Pipedrive, etc.) is purchased directly from the vendor. We don't resell licenses, we implement and connect them. We'll help you choose the right plan before we start.

  3. What's the difference between implementation and customization?

    Basic implementation = setting up the CRM, importing customers, defining standard fields. Customization = tailored workflows, automations, and connections to other systems (WhatsApp, billing, booking). Most of our clients need both.

  4. How long does implementation take?

    Basic implementation (standard CRM, data import, basic configuration): two weeks. Full implementation with integrations (WhatsApp, AI, billing, online store): 4–6 weeks. Depends on scope and the number of integrations.

  5. What happens if I want to switch CRMs after you implement?

    It's possible. We help migrate data between systems. That said, switching CRMs isn't trivial — we'll discuss in the initial consultation how to choose once and not regret it.
